Guest guest
Does anyone know if xenoestrogens that we have in our bodies can influence a serum Estradiol or Estrogen number? I went to a doctor this week for something totally unrelated to hormones, who told me my estrogen was high because of xenoestrogens. (My E2 serum was 195- I certainly am not worried about that number being too high.) She wanted to give me a homeopathic remedy to bring down estrogen levels. Something just didn't feel right about the whole exchange, and I said no thank you to the remedy. How can one differentiate, if at all, between xenoestrogens and exogenous/endogenous estrogens? This doctor said alot of things to me that made me say silently "How do you know?" "How do you know?"I would love information about this, if anyone has any. Thanks.
