Guest guest
Hi, I'm mostly a lurker on this and the autism ldn list. I started taking ldn for my cfs after we started it for our autistic son. It's helped him somewhat with his motor coordination, but it's only worsened my cfs symptoms--swollen glands, sore throat, fatigue. I'm taking 4 mg transdermally but recently went down to 3. I just had an immune panel done (for fertility stuff) and the dr. said my 2nd generation NK cells (the ones you produce postpartum) are way too high, and I'm stuck in a TH-2 mediated immune situation and need to get back to TH1. But I also have many autoimmune problems incl. Hashimoto's thyroiditis, and am wondering if the LDN is upregulating my immune system too much...or, maybe will i get sicker before I get better? Our son is also hyper immune and we were so excited that he had his first cold right after starting LDN. I'm so consumed iwth helping our son I'm getting a bit muddled about my own situation (not to mention the brain fog) ANy thoughts??? thanks in advance, marie
