Guest guest
I have been off Lexapro (which I took for maybe 6 months) for almost 2 1/2 months. I was on Paxil for about 5 years before that - only switched to Lexapro to get me off the Paxil. I was on Zoloft for about 5 years before that. I had a very brief stint with Welbutrin, but it made me psychotic. And I was on Prozac for about a year or two as my first SSRI. Total SSRI time is about 13 years. ( Also, I tapered both the Lexapro and Paxil) I seem to have a constant state of tension where all symptoms lie just below the surface, and then seem to cycle into " flare ups " . Probably when I become to exhausted to keep them at bay. I bought the Cherry Plum today but was too scared to take it. But I made the first step and bought it. It is good to know now is when I should so I know for next time. Also, does Cherry Plum help for Obsessive-Compulsive Problems? I think the rage and agitation are exacerbated by my withdrawal OCD. I am just now seeing how they are connected. (Just to clarify I do not have OCD but am experiencing those symptoms in withdrawal) I didn't know about taking magnesium and calcium. I will add that in. I think I am finally cycling down this evening. I think I have finally exhausted myself. But, I am scared for tomorrow. Thank you for your time . It is very much appreciated. nyia > Dear Nyia, > > > You said: > > > <<I really need some help, advice, encouragement. > > I have been out of control for about 48 - 72 hours now and I can't > take it anyore.
