A pool at 90 degrees paralyzed my right arm many years ago...now I have lymphoedema in that arm from the past paralysis. I have lymphoedema over 90% of my body due to past paralysis from the MS. In past years I have had paralysis over approx. 90% of my body and lymphoedema has developed everywhere I've been paralyzed. So if your MS is heat sensitive BEWARE of pools or tubs heated over 88 degrees. My lymphoedema is mild in some places and moderate in others. My stomach area on right side, left leg and right arm have the more noticable lymphoedema. I have to buy my shirts 1 to 2 sizes too big just so the sleeve will fit my right arm. MS and heat(real hot heat) are a BAD combination. Mild warmth of the water is best in winter.
