Guest guest
I had diarrhea for over a month. After researching it, I found I was taking to much of a particular mineral. I completely cut it out of my daily intake and it stopped within 12 hours. I was thinking it was something to do with the MS as well. Jacqui Re: Digest Number 1528 I have been nearly monthly bouts (or attacks) of severe abdominal cramping and then diarrhea. Often this makes me feel seriously ill as well. Yesterday I saw my GP because I had become convinced that this was a gallbladder problem or worse. But after questioning me and examining me he suggested that this was likely due to the MS.. similar to the bouts I have had of bladder spasms. Anyone else had this experience... or even heard of it? Guest guest
Dear Martha, How is ville? It is so beautiful there. At least in the summer and fall. For years I had monthly bouts of diarrhea. I do not remember cramping. It would last for 3 to 5 days and leave for 4-6 weeks. Gradually the time between became shorter. For the last 3 years at least if I do not take my medicine I have it 9 out of 10 days. And now for the last year or so there are times I have diarrhea anyway and see the pill floating in it. Last week I had a severe case for about 36 hours and then slept for 56 to 60 hours. Yes I do believe it is MS related. No one cares if you can't dance well. Just get up and dance.
