I agree. This is my second try with LDN. 1st started with 3mg, but couldn't take the insomnia. So, after 6 mos, and with a recommendation from this board, started with 1.5 liquid, now at 2. Everyone who is successful with LDN has stayed the course. So, this time I took some vacation time to get going. I am determined not to give up. It has only been 9 days for me, and I am having some issues, but at least I was advised that this would happen. If you expect it, then it is at least understandable. We will hang in there together and make it happen!!dockeydoo <mccarthycp@...> wrote: -Hi MarieI am in the same boat somewhat. I am taking the ldn for fibromyalgia and find that after 1 week on 2mg I am really feeling bad. I am very tired and just feel an overall sense on unwellness being on it. I

went down to 1.5mg last night and that is somewhat more bearable. They say the first 3 weeks are bad then you start to feel better as the brain produces more endorphins. It is hard to keep taking something that makes you sicker initially anyway. You could try reducing the dose for a bit.Cathal
