My wife Vicki started on LDN 3 weeks ago after being on all the crab drugs and opieds for 4-5 years . What a wonderful differance it is . No more pain ,spasams, and all the terriable side effects of the beta drugs . A Question I have is . She has been taking 4.5 every night at 9:30 . Sleep is not bad but some nights restless , after being up

for a short time in the morning she seems to get tired. Last night she took her LDN at 8:30 ( just an hour earlier ) and today she feels great. Do you think by taking it early she is not benifiting from endorphine blockade that it performs in the early mornig hours. Thanks Steve

My son is equally obsessed and disruptive of people aren't exact. If

his teacher knows he's an Aspie, she should know you never say " about "

to an Aspie, for goodness sakes, and when they insist on exactness

it's not disruptive or controlling or bratty, it's that htey can't

generalize.

Here's what we do for Arie: we bought a little digital timer for $6 at

Target. When there is something coming up he dreads or anticipates

happily, we set the timer for how much longer it will be until then.

Whenever he gets anxious he can check the timer, which counts

backwards, adn he knows exactly how many minutes.

Then, the hard part: You have to DO what you said RIGHT THEN.

That's hard for a teacher in a classroom, I'm sure.
