I was 135 when researching LDN, and before I started it 4/03

I went down to 124 in 7 months, 11/03

I was 127 in 11/04

I went down to 114 noticed in July this year

Went back up to 120 highest since then, and have been 116-117 since. I now weigh myself and take my BP when I go to my chiro.

For my BMI I could go to 107 and still be on the chart, but I'd like to stay in this range... we'll see.

I didn't need to lose it, but I'm not complaining or worried. My metabolism just feels like it used to be before this mess started.

[low dose naltrexone] LDN and weightloss

Has anyone experienced weightloss while on LDN? Normally one wouln't mind losing a few pounds, I just don't want to find an underlying problem. Thanks
