Your endorphins are being boosted between the hours of 2am and 4am causing you

to wake. I can generally go back to sleep. LDN corrected my insomnia also, it

took 6 months being on LDN to do it though.

I've been taking ldn since April,2004. I take my ldn about 10 pm. There are several nights I still get up several times a night. Last night was 5 times. There are nights I only get up 2 or 3.
