She recommends just 50 mg P suppository x 5 days every 3 months. However, I got hyperplasia on that regimen. If we are " proliferating " our uterus EVERY MONTH with estrogen, then it would seem to follow that, to mimic the best Rxer of all, Mother Nature Herself, to do a monthly shedding, housecleaning, as it were, using progesterone as a secretory EVERY MONTH, as well, makes sense!! Or, to continue that analogy, it works best to clean house more often, rather than letting it build up over three months, eh??
