I have been thinking about yoga.  I wonder if it is a good thing for someone that needs to relax - or not?  I know yoga can be very intense.  Weight training perks up the sympathetic system!  I experimented with a very carnivore diet and went to the gym.  WOW!  did I ever wake up the sympathetic system.  If your adrenals are exhausted though and need to be built up maybe that isn't a good idea? Mine were a mess in the passed.  I built them up with adrenal glandulars.  Are you supplements in support of the para or the sympathetic side? The reason I say this is that Kelley and base comments about healing on the type.  A person with carnivore cancer shouldn't be trying to mellow out the sympathetic side of the system with lots of 'good thoughts'.  They say that the nice mellow good thought approach is for the person with a cancer a sympathetic person gets.  I wonder how this relates to adrenal exhaustion?  Is adrenal exhaustion just too much parasympathetic activity?  Laureli know, i know the trick with taking 10 consequential temperatures in the morning and if they low it's thyroid..and if they jump it's adrenals...mine low and jump..but i don't think it's thyroid..i think it's adrenals infuencing thyroid...and my adrenals are fried from years of marathon training...i am trying to fix adrenals before fixing anything else...with supplements, good diet...yoga...*can't say i am succeeding*...Sa
