I'm hoping to start with not taking insurance. The cash based practice would

have options of fees and no fees as some here are doing. I may add 1 or 2 of

the best paying insurance companies once I see how things are going and learn a

little more about what I would be getting myself into. I'm afraid I may have a

lot of free time on my hands.
