You may need to find a doctor to give you an LDN script and have pharmacy make you liquid LDN out of pure naltrexone powder which has no fillers. If you are on a script LDN in capsule form you need to ask that Acidophilus(milk free) be used as your filler. Make sure you avoid calcium carbonate and cornstarch as fillers. Naltrexone can cause stomach upset in some but should not last for months unless you are allergic to it. LDN commonly causes a diuretic effect and constipation.
