Guest guest
How much liquid are you taking? I mix the 50 mg Revia pill with 50 ml of water and I only take 3 ml which is minimal. When I used to take the pill, I drank more water than that with the pill. Arlene

Guest guest
Why don't you mix a 3mg capsule into about an inch of juice? Cut the top of capsule with a scissor and pour. Cuts down the liquid intake and if any residue just swish a little more juice around glass and finish it.
Guest guest
Cool! I will try this. I was doing the 1 cup because I started with 1.5 mg of LDN. The easiest way to get this dose was to mix it in 1 cup. This weekend I go to 3. So, your suggestion will work just fine. Thanks!noclue915@... wrote: Why don't you mix a 3mg capsule into about an inch of juice? Cut the top of capsule with a scissor and pour. Guest guest
Hi ,You shouldn't be sorry switching from the capsule to the liquid format. You may, however, encounter an increase in side effects at the higher dose--at least for a while. Guest guest
The problem with the liquid is accurate dosing. I can give you a long explanation of the pharmacokinetics, administration, distribution, metabolism and excretion; but don't worry about that. You actually should see absolutely no problems with the dosage form change. You might see some problems as the result of increasing the dose. Rather than changing two things at once, then you don't know what caused the problem, change to the liquid and take 3mgs for a week. If you have no problems, good. Then you can titrate to 4.5 and see what happens. skipStart the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
