When I had asked Dr. B why the 9pm-3am window he explained it had to do with the earth revolution and how our glands respond to it. That is why when you physically change time zones you must adapt to the present time for taking LDN. He explained it further but it was my firstvisit and I had 2 hours plus of information. I was overwhelmed and did not absorb everything totally and just wanted to get started. 2 1/2 yrs later, no progression!!!! Kiki

Hi Kiki, Thanks for filling me in. You did very well to remember as

much as you did in a short time. I know I wouldn't. Dr. Glick did get

back and said " it is an observed fact that this is

the time of day (no matter whether one is up or asleep) when the major

production of endorphins occurs " . I wish I could understand all this

better.
