Is this correct? no. Gaba and MSG are different. Glutamine is actually closer to MSG, but still quite different. Guest guest
Gosh, I don't know about the MSG. I do know that this is a wonderful product. I get mine thru Kirkman's. I give 1/2 capsule in the morning and it works great! I have tried to pull it out of her regimen (in order to cut back on so many supplements) on a few occasions to make sure it is still necessary and it is for us. I had heard in the past that it would help with sleep. My daughter has extreme sleep issues (not so much anymore) and so I attempted to add the other 1/2 capsule in with her 5:30 pm supplements and she would not/ could not go to sleep until very late that night. Obviously all kids act differently and my daughter rarely reacts how we would expect to various supplements. I just know that the rule is to start low and go slow. It really works well for anxiety. She is able to tolerate 100x's more than usual with this supplement. It also does not affect her in any negative way as far as acting like she is spacy or high.
