If I were you I would try to decrease all aspects of exercise by small increments..like 55 min instead of 60 herat rate goal 120 instead of 135( for example) it might also be less stressful if you broke up your routines to 5 small ones a day but if its too hard no reward yourself for your success in reaching small goals alow for mess ups and like any addiction get back on the wagon tell us more write to us a lot of nice people here I try to exercise I am overweight I seem to get hurt or have a flare too but I dont think I over do it But thats me Liz NJ stills since 1972 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
