Guest guest
Liz... just a thought here. When I was in my late teens to early 30's I had a horrendous time with anxiety, panic disorder and MVP. It created all sorts of avoidance behavior on my part. Plus I felt very weak in disposition, leaving me with dirt low self-esteem. I hated it. Long story made short, now looking back I think I had an allergy to my own adrenaline. Roby mentioned that they give the adrenaline antigen dilution to those who have symptoms such as yours and mine. It calms one down so we can eventually get desensitized to our own adrenaline. There might have been a point in your history where you OD'ed on your own ad. and it became toxic for you. And for me, Roby keeps drilling home the need to clear my adrenaline, first by not building it and secondly by walking it off 3 times a day if I could.
