Wow! Judi has 3 yrs and Bren 2.5? How did you veterans first find out about

it?

I know now that it's word of mouth. Any one on it longer than 3 yrs? "

Well I've been on the LDN since May of 2002 so that makes about 3 1/2 years

for me. How did I hear of it? Well, I was searching for information from my

online buddies on just what MS crab drugs everyone takes because it was

finally that time where I was progressing enough to think it was time to

take something. Well someone led me to Goodshape's site at

www.goodshape.net. His wife had MS and he was giving out free samples of

histamine that he was certain at that time would help some MSer's. Well when

I got my free sample, he included information about LDN. I am forever

thankful to that man. I went into research mode at that point and took what

was surely a leap of faith at that time. Everything about this particular

therapy screamed out at me that it make very good sense. I said to

myself...I'll give this a year of my life to prove it on. After all, what

did I have to lose? I went about finding a doctor that was wise enough to

look at this and know it for what it is and not be afraid of it. Sadly, that

is not most neuros. I found a wonderful internist and he is the only doctor

that I see now. When I need a refill. I get about a years prescriptions from

him at a time. How wonderful is that? Well I'm here to tell you that I just

spent the most wonderful 5 days in the Riviera Maya laying on a beach and

enjoying paradise. Could I do that without the LDN....I think not. I'm proud

to say that I turned 50 on that beach in Mexico and I consider myself the

luckiest girl in the world for having found my way to Dr. Biharis' therapy.

I spend a good amount of my time responding to e-mails and such regarding

how to find the LDN and that gives me a lot of satisfaction. After

all....where would I be today if a kind person had not shared what he knew

with me? Many hugs to all who come here. You don't see me post too often but

rest assured that I read each and every post in my daily

digest...{{{hugs}}}. JoyceF
