Guest guest
Hi Ray bought me a new toy today a netbook so I can use the internet when he is using it> It seems a lot of you are having flares at the moment I always find that the summer is worse for me> I think the Autumn (fall) is when I am at my best. Today hasn't been too bad, managed to just do 30 minutes of exercise and it was very gentle pilates so at last I am learning to be kind to myself. Still thinking about food all the time (but mainly eating fruit to keep me full up). I was interested in your posts about tmj I had a bad flare up in my jaw when I was younger and my jaw does get very sore and painful but I don't know whether I have tmj. I am rerally learning a lot about the condition from you all have awareness moments thinking ,yes i have that problem'. In a couple of weeks |I am going to be put on Sulfazaline and hopefuilly will be able to come off the steroids at last. Feel abit apprehensive about it though as they really help with my energy levels. I hope that you all have a better day tomorrow. Sending my love and prayers to you all xx -------------------------------------------------- Stillsdisease wrote: (04/08/2010 14:01) > Reminder from: Stillsdisease Yahoo!
