pseudi exacerbation- increase my LDN?

Hello everyone

I am taking LDN 3.0 mg. RIghtnow, a herpetic whitlow which I usually get on my left hand ( but is dormant most of the time) has started up and when this thing starts i ge really sick .The course is similar to that of shingles. lasting several weeks.Pain and swelling etc.Since Ive been ill with MS or whatever this is, when the herpetic whitlow comes, iget a flulike syndrome for aabout a week. Well its HERE......and I feel HORRIBLE, worse than ever., All my MS symptoms ae worse .I think this is called a pseudo exacerbation. Do you guys think I should increas the LDN right now????? I Dont know what to do.

Yes, increase LDN and go to a healthfood store and get you some L-Lysine. If

you do not have high blood pressure or PKU get some DL-Phenylalanine 500mg and

take one in AM on empty stomach and one in PM on empty stomach. You get DL-P

500mg at the healthfood store. Make sure you get the combo DL, not just the L

or the D but the DL.

All symptoms get worse when we get a cold or the flu......it will pass. Many women do better at 4.5mg so maybe give it a try.
