Good morning all:

Just a note to any and all suffering psuedo exacerbations.

Opps, I'm Jim(rrms) A.K.A. Captain Caveman. :-) and one of the ones

who when trying LDN, had an 'almost' complete reversal of symptoms.

Although it seemed like everything went away in the beginning, some of

the sensations did come back, but to a much lesser degree and are easily

tolerated. Burning sensations etc.,

All I wanted was for something, anything, to stop/halt the progression of

this MonSter....and according to the website, that is what LDN is supposed

to do. Halt the progression, and any lessening, or reversal of symptoms

are like icing on the cake, just a good side-effect, to be hoped for, but not

expected.

I checked in on the 11th of December with a two year update, and things

were still pretty good, with only an occasional flare up, that didn't usually

last very long, so didn't bother with reporting on them.

Today is another one of those times, except that today, it seems like I'm

a drunken sailor once again. <grin> At least that's how the balance is at

the moment. If this keeps up, I'll have to get my cane out of the closet, or

unwrap my wheelchair and put it into use once again. Maybe it will go

away, and then again, it's anyone's guess.

I've been here before, and it was like a jolt back into reality of the fact,

hey kiddo, you've got MS...so what else is new? Haven't changed diet,

or done anything different, everything remains the same except for the

sinuses acting up, which I am hoping is the culprit. If so, great, if not,

then it's time to get used to the wall-walking once again. Like I said,

I've been here before. sigh.

Honestly have no clue as to why I'm checking in, normally I don't do

this when I have a mini-flare-up, but it seemed like the thing to do this

time, so please bear with me. Hmmm, well, besides having no balance

today, it seems like the brain is starting to fade and go on a vacation

so better close while it's still partially here. ha.

Sleep, rest, good stuff....knuckles dragging ground....hmmm, time to

leave, back to Cave, feeling more strange by the moment...bye!

Morning, Jim,

I HAVE ORDERED MY FIRST PERSCRIPTION OF LDN. IT SHOULD BE HERE ANY DAY. I SURE HOPE SOME GOOD COMES FROM IT. I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS MonSter FOR YEARS WITH NO HELP. JUST ON MY OWN. WITH A POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND DETERMINATION. AND GOD'S STRENGTH AND GUIDANCE.

MY HUSBAND & I ARE GOING TO CHURCH NOW. HAVE A LOT OF FRIENDS PRAYING FOR US, ME, TOO.

WELL, HOPE YOU HAD A MERRY CHRISTMAS. WE HAD AN INTERESTING ONE. VERY DIFFERENT. LONG STORY.

HOPE YOU HAVE A HAPPY NEW YEAR.!!!!! TAKE CARE. GOD BLESS YOU, & SUSAN.

Using a nettie pot with warm water and salt is very good for that. Kathy
