Guest guest
I do suffer from fatigue as well I don't have any children and my partner does a lot around the house I often need to have a sleep in the afternoon and apart from the exercise lead a sedentary life. I am very lucky that I can rest most of the time but when I am on steroids they always boost my energy once I'm off them I find it difficult to get up in the morning and often if I have no appointments lay in till late. My partner is very understanding as I said I'm very lucky. The only activity I do is through my exercise because when I'm out I have to use a scooter because I can't walk far. The exercise I do now is mostly floorwork and a bit of standing. I understand the extreme fatigue I used to think I was just being lazy or couldn't be bothered but I have learnt how to conserve my energy its not just physical but mental energy as well some days I feel I am in a soupy fog. I think you learn techniques to use as least energy as you can x Sent using BlackBerry® from Orange
