Guest guest
I dissolve 1 table and take it over 11 night at 4.5 mg/night. If I was at a lower dose, I might consider dissolving only 1/2 capsule so that I could refresh it every 2 or 3 weeks. Just my experience. Guest guest
Hi Rhonda from our chat site found that once she had began putting her dosage into a liquid that it went into her system much faster and finally her fatigue disappeared. Others began trying the same thing. It would appear that some people had to reduce their dosage just a bit because it seems more potent. Others were doing much better with the liquid than in just the pill form. A few did not do as well and went back to just the pill. It is important to note that most everybody reacts just a bit differently to different dosages, different fillers, different times taking it (all within the 9pm to 3am time frame), and whether you take it in pill or liquid form. Try and play with your dosage and the way you take it until you feel best. Remember to keep a log or what you do and how you react. Also, just try one thing at a time, and give each change a bit of time before changing it again. Guest guest
When you disolve the capsule it leaves no room for error in compounding with fillers that may pack down and cause a slow release. When I was using the calcium carbonate many had found that it packs down and results in a slow release. LDN must be a fast release to work. I am still using up my calcium ones but may try my advicel ones tonight to see if there is a difference.
