Guest guest Posted October 19, 2010 Report Share Posted October 19, 2010 Have any of you been told by a NS that you did not have a Syrinx even though all that had ever been done was brain MRI? If so, how can they know for sure without doing a full spine MRI? It is one of those things that has driven me nuts...just one of many reasons I no longer go to that NS....that and he told my family I was cured of Chiari after my decomp. He also says that findings were " insignifacant " when cine MRI done six months after surgery showed no flow posteriorly and only 50%anteriorly.
