Constipation is quite common with LDN. Eat more salads(2 per day) & eat more

raw veggies and eat prunes & bananas & apples.

Cathal--I am on my first 2 wks of LDN too. I have a gastric motility issue that is pre-LDN, also have always suffered constipation, so these issues didn't impact me on LDN. However, I did have a couple of days of mild nausea. I give myself enemas for the constipation, which is really an MS symptom due to the fact that the muscles down there aren't functioning as they should. And, I do eat high fiber/fruit foods because as with any illness, we just need to eat better to help the body support itself. Tonight will be day 14 on 2 mg. For the last 2 days, I have felt more like myself. I will finish out the week on 2, then move to 3. You can email me personally if you'd like so we can share experiences. dockeydoo <mccarthycp@...> wrote: Just wondering if tummy problems, constipation cramps etc are to
