I woke up this morning to see that my right big toe nail looked like I had

painted it a light purple over night. It looks bruised.I never hit it on anything

or injured it in anyway. What could this mean?Has it happened to anyone else with

Chiari,scoliosis,reverse lordosis,possible EDS,M.S.?I doesn't seem to hurt or

have any feeling in it for that matter..

Hey, wow! I have those weird light purpley-grey toenails, too! They are not

bruises, and are not a fungus according to my doctor. I have had it for a long

time, and the doctor was stumped what it was. Perhaps it's another symptom us

chiairians have. I have chiari 1 and scoliosis.

I have noticed that soaking the nails in warm water with 1/2 cup of vinegar for

20 minutes or so will brighten and whiten them up, but it comes right back in a

few days. I do not polish my nails. If anyone has this condition, or has any

theories what the cause of it is, please respond to this email so we can know

more about it.

Thanks,
