I think I'm suffering from my first exacerbation involving my legs and hands.>========= you are most likely suffering a pseudo attack...that's a flair up of old symptoms and can be quite common under stress even while on LDN. LDN is still protecting you from new exacerbation. Try your best not to have to use the steroids but if you must go ahead.

As soon after the doses have been administered. Stop LDN 3 or 4 days before you

take the pred and maybe the LDN won't cause the prednisone to be a dud. Some

have kept on taking the LDN while getting the steroids. Some had the steroids

work while on LDN and others have had the steroids totally fail because LDN

canceled it out. It's trial and error.
