Guest guest
The cool thing about in real life is he's your coach ... and he will be there for you tomorrow and the next day and the next and so on! We've all been there, done that, picked ourselves up and started over again. You can do it, just hold your head high and find your inner strength! Or go to bed a little earlier LOL > ::hanging my head in shame:: I am afraid that I stood up this morning! > > I slept right through...oops! Guest guest
yes i hear ya! i had to really apply myself to do the pm workouts but i did it! i think that it doesnt matter much which time of day you exercise, as long as it is a fairly consistent time. now that i have the luxury of working out in the morning, i certainly prefer it over pm workouts though. and not only can i workout in the morning, i dont have to rush out of bed and through the workout to get it done before a certain time.... i can take an hour to wake-up and get the kids settled and i can stretch the video out if i have to pause to help the kids with something. normally i start at 9am and finish by 10am and i really like that. one of the perks of being a SAHM as far as exercising goes, i do feel for everyone who has to work outside of the home all day... it must be so hard to get *anything* done! but if it were me, i could force myself to exercise at 5 PM a heck of a lot easier than at 5 AM!!! *~*~*~*~* Carolyn in ONT Canada who used to try to walk the dog at 6am each morning... until the dog started refusing to get up that early! I need to do that. I've lost a lot of muscle because I haven't had time to workout other than teaching Tae Bo. Keep up the fantastic work ladies!
