Me too, Cathal..almost 3 months I'm on it. I'm sticking it out for now. I hope you feel better. Wish I had some answers but seems it's a trial and error thing.

they say your body does its best healing while you sleep, so maybe your body has a lot of catching up to do?

I get periods of fatigue, sometimes I can fight through them, other times I nap. I'm still pretty much going the same as before LDN, just not the same timing. I still only get 4-6 hours sleep, rarely all at once. But every so often I get 10-12 hours in bed, in a row.

I hope it gets better for you.

You to? Lol! My dreams are crazy. Wonder what causes that? I am

also starting to sleep more. It's interesting what this drug does to

us. I just wish I understood the mechanics better.

I also have this strange numb feeling all over my body. Does anyone

else?
