Thanks all for the helpful suggestions.

My tummy is doing sommersaults and I don't know where my head is. One positive

is that I

am getting some pain relief in my back which is great.

I am using the liquid made from a revia tab with some dilutant in it. I don't

know what the

dilutant is.

For the first time in 39 years I have constipation. Which is really odd for me.

I am trying

some supplements to get things moving!!
