Cris, I live in NYC--Manhattan actually--which is only hot and humid during

the summer. I've been thinking about your question regarding how much sun I

get and I'm honestly not sure if I do get an adequate amount. I take two

buses to work everyday and often go outside during my lunch break, so I get

SOME sun. I used to wear a hat all summer, but after my MS diagnosis I gave

that up. I take about 1000 mg of Vitamin D. Perhaps I'm not getting

enough...

I read where we need at least 20 mins/day. With as much exposed flesh as you can manage, and if you can tolerate it...
