Victor, here's the information I received from Dr. Lawrence on

glyconutrients (attached document) and some specific recommended dosages.

I'm sure that I'm mixing up glyconutrients with other supplements that he

recommends, but I thought it would be helpful for people to have all his

recommendations in the form of a list.

I was taking some of these supplements already and in the last week have

started to phase in several more; by the end of next week I'll be taking

them all. I want to mention Kalawalla, however, which Dr. Lawrence is not

familiar with. Someone in this group recommended it and I've been taking it

now for about five weeks (ordered from Organic Hope online). Both my legs

are weak (I walk with a cane) and the right one tends to spasm a little; I

never go out of the house anymore without lidocaine or heat patches on the

right one. I want to TENTATIVELY say that my legs are feeling a little

better--tentatively because I've had " gains " before that I've lost and who

knows? Perhaps LDN is finally kicking in for me. My energy level is also a

little better. Last Saturday, I left home at 1:30 and didn't get home until

11 that night. (I got my hair done, went to a small photography exhibit,

hit the drug store, went out to dinner, and went to the theater.) This was

a HUGE day for me. (And I haven't found out yet if I'll be able to repeat

it.) My legs were hurting, but not once did I get that

I'm-so-tired-I-could-pass-out feeling.

Kalawalla's expensive--about $40/month--but I'm going to stick with it for

awhile.

DAILY RECOMMENDATIONS:

Aloe vera: 15 ml (liquid)

Beta carotene: 15 mg

B vitamins: B12 + B50 complex, where the dose of each vitamin is about 50

mg

Calcium: 1000 mg

Digestive enzymes: animal-derived enzymes (from Solgar, for example)--four

to six each day.

DL-Phenylalaline: 500 mg 2x/day

E: 400 I.U.

Fish body oil: 2 grams

GABA: 1 level tsp. of powder each day dissolved in a little water--it's

about 2 grams.. Before bedtime on an empty stomach; not before eating; also

available in 500 mg capsules but more expensive. GLA: 2 grams of evening

primrose oil

Kelp: four tablets each day--whole kelp tablets

Magnesium: 500 mg

MSM: 2 grams daily in two separate doses

Selenium 200mcg

Zinc: Take after food; 15-25 mg per day to start building up to at least 50

mg each day

***Good combination for spasticity (take at night):

calcium/magnesium/GABA/MSM
