severe pain behind eye balls (intractable)

Hello, If you have to describe the worst part of the head pain you feel to

people who don't have a clue what you are feeling, how do you describe it in

less than 10 words? I'm asking because I'm wondering if most of us have the

same answer or if it varies quite a bit. Mine is in the subject line. I try

not to talk to people about the pain but sometimes someone will ask and I give

them that info. Just curious what others tell people in a short sentence about

the head pain itself.
