Guest guest
Thank you for everyone's thoughts on this. After doing the blood type diet for a week, I am over it. I think commonsense should prevail like Shirley said and we should follow our own instincts and listen to our body. We all respond differently to diets so I think a healthy balanced diet should be fine. I will look into the Swank Diet also. Thanks again, Effie -- Re: [low dose naltrexone] foods and MS Eat Right for Tour Type. Asked the Lincoln City, Oregon herbalist I have confidence in for his opinion of the Eat Right For Your Type advice. Mark shrugged and indicated it is only so-so--not infallible. Follow your own commonsense. As Type A, I refuse to give up tomatoes, cantaloup, etc. Dr. Bihari's Bill told me I can eat whatever I like. Have remained eating organics and avoiding processed foods with preservatives/MSG. Shirley Lotz
