Will Health Insurance pay for tethered cord filum terminale release surgery

For those of you that have had The Tethered Cord Surgery done at The Chiari

Institute in New York by Doctor Bolognese, I have a question for you. I am

referring to the Filum Terminale Section Release Surgery. Since Dr. Bolognese

is out of network on all health insurance plans, have any of you gotten your

health insurance carrier to pay for this out of network surgical procedure with

Dr. Bolognese ? I currently have Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield of New Jersey

as my Health Insurance r. Obviously, I will try and get Horizon to pay for

this surgical procedure. Any suggestions or advice about this is greatly

appreciated. Thanks,
