Guest guest
My son was worked up at our children's hospital by a metabolic specialist. They do a deprivation study, which means that they withhold water and food for up to 12 hours while measuring the concentration of the urine. It's a genetic problem usually, and most chiari kids have issues with fluid balance because of some damage to the pituitary gland and/or high ICP. Take good care, To: wacmaparents From: LBITeach@... He started wetting the bed a month before his surgery two years ago. He is still in pullups at night and urniates frequently most days. I have taken him to a urologist and tests were done and nothing was found. Does anyone know if this is something they would have looked at? Where do I take him to look into this? I just love all the info I learn on this group.
