4.5mg is the dose Dr. Bihari prefers one to be using. The only time one should

not be using 4.5mg is if 4.5mg causes too many or too severe adverse symptoms.

Have your doc prescribe you 3.0mg capsules and 1.5mg capsules so you can try the

4.5mg and if it does not suit you then drop back to 3.0mg.

, I am currently on 3 mg. of LDN. I haven't had any

exacerbations of MS since starting in May of 2004.

Is the 3 mg. dose good for cancer prevention? There is a history of

cancer in my family and I'm hoping the LDN will help guard against

that. I don't tolerate 4.5 mg. due to stiffness. Do you know what

Dr. Bihari would say about this? Thank you.

I never discussed with Bihari on how much LDN to take to prevent cancer,,,just

my opinion, I feel like 3.0mg would probably be enough to prevent cancer.

Bihari prefers those who have cancer to use the optimal dose of 4.5mg LDN.
