The only time one should not be using 4.5mg is if 4.5mg causes too many or too severe adverse symptoms. Have your doc prescribe you 3.0mg capsules and 1.5mg capsules so you can try the 4.5mg and if it does not suit you then drop back to 3.0mg. There is a history of cancer in my family and I'm hoping the LDN will help guard against that. I don't tolerate 4.5 mg. due to stiffness. Do you know what Dr. Bihari would say about this? Thank you.
