Guest guest
I have been on LDN for a year now, and it has been exactly what I was looking for. I usually take 3.0 mg's, but about 5 months ago I bumped up to 4.5 mg's to combat the intense heat I worked in and some stress at that time. I did have a little episode as a result of the higher dosage, and now sometimes the 3.0 almost seems like it is too much. My question has to do with endorphin levels. After a year's time of " fooling " the pituitary gland and keeping your levels up, can the body make these adjustments on its own? In other words, is it possible to require less of a dose as time passes? Can the deficiency in production heal itself if given an adequat amount of time? I know this dips into a big gray area, but I would be interested to hear what you have to say. Thanks!
