about fillers. there is a lot of talk about fillers, but I'm confused

as to what part of the capsule is actually the filler? And what

difference the various fillers make?

Best fast release fillers for LDN capsules are...Lactose, Acidophilus, Gelatin,

Avicel(cellulose).

AVOID these fillers...Calcium Carbonate and Cornstarch.
