Guest guest
Whoever corrected my 11.5 mistake, thank you. Tom, I know that Dr. Bihari doesn't recommend less than 3 mg to prevent progression, but from what I've been reading here over the last two years, there are a few people who have had to build up more slowly to 3 or 4.5 mg. In fact, there was someone who did a phone consultation with Dr. Bihari and ended up being advised to go lower temporarily. As far as 4.5 being the ideal dosage, Dr. Bihari has said that for the correct dosage for SOME of us is 3--usually people with a lot of spasticity. I asked him about increasing to 4.5, but since I'm not having any problems and I do have stiff legs, he advised staying at 3.
Guest guest
I have no spasticity and 3.0 is ideal for me. At 4.5 I had two really bad days with no real symptoms. Just a strong feeling of depression, malaise, and stayed awake all night with rapid heartbeat for a few seconds upon taking my dose. What I mean by no symptoms are none related to my ms. It all seemed directly correlated to my increase of LDN. I am doing fine on 3.0 and can handle stress so much better. Emotional stress does not cause symptoms anymore thus far. I am so grateful for that and it has been 13 months on LDN. Guest guest
Hi Maybe I've increased too fast from 1 to 1.5mg and then 2;though it took me about a month or so.
