The main premise of the " Eat Fat' book IS all about the benefits of

coconut in the diet, especially the oil! I have had no experience

with coconut, but found the book fascinating and in the last few

days, have begun using some of the recipes from it that use coconut

milk. Thanks for the info about E and coconut oil. I have no

information about that from my research, but will keep it in mind as

I embark on my own journey, as of this week, into the world of

coconuts! LOL

As for chin hair and vitamin E, my take is that it balances female

hormones, so would balance those. I had them and a mustache badly as

a teen and those improved once I started taking lots of supplements

in college, including lots of E. They got far worse after menopause,

and in fact that was probably one of the MAIN reasons I sought out

help from Dr. Morton for my hormones, two years after my last period.

Sure enough, six months into my natural hormone program, I barely

have a problem, at least compared to what I had the last couple of

years. I still tweeze my chain daily, but more out of habit than

necessity. I used to HAVE to tweeze several times a day. Now I could

tweeze once a week and it would be fine, but I choose to tweeze the

moment I feel a hair! So it still is a daily thing. But the hairs are

no longer dark and hard, but soft and light, which is why I only NEED

to tweeze once a week or so. That is a HUGE improvement!!!!

But you have given me more questions to ask Dr. Morton. Thanks!!!
