Guest guest
The Liver Gallbladder Flush that I reported on my Garnethealthnotes.blogspot.com blog includes drinking an isotonic (same as body tissues) salt and warm water solution that acts as a colon flush each morning for five days. It is actually pretty tasty and easy to drink since it is the same salinity as body tissues. As well the Epsom Salts solution taken twice the evening of the flush and twice the next morning also has the effect of cleansing the colon. I also found that taking the Epsom Salts I slept better than I had in a long time. The extra Magnesium in the Epsom Salts is very relaxing to the body musculature not to mention tanking up the tissues on this generally deficient mineral. s Moritz in the book The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush emphasizes that one should at least do three consecutive warm water enemas or a coffee enema the day of the flush. He also prefers a high colonic or a colema board enema. I truly found that the warm salt water each morning for five days had be running wide open and clean as a whistle. So in my case that was all I needed. There is no way following this protocol that anyone would be having less than two bowel movements each day of the cleanse. It is recommended that you drink a gallon of water or apple juice each day and eat only soft veggies, lean meat, low fat, whole grains and fruits for the five days preceding the cleanse. This alone is very cleansing for most people since it increases the amount of fiber in their colon and draws water in which helps cleanse any impacted matter. Coffee enemas are also a fantastic boost to the liver cleanse. 4-6 oz of cold coffee is " implanted " just inside the rectum into the Sphimoid Colon where the Hepatic Portal Vein carries it directly to the liver with no caffeine effect to the body. It is highly beneficial to the liver and will make the gallbladder duct open and empty any congealed bile in the gallbladder. High palmitic acid coffee specifically for coffee enemas is available on the internet. Without a clean colon the stuff the liver dumps can just get re-absorbed into the body and make you feel worse. This is why many people get headaches, or nausea, tiredness, etc while doing liver or kidney cleanses without having done a colon cleanse first. You should have a clean colon, and be going to the bathroom at least twice a day. Otherwise, the matter sits too long, allowing the toxins the liver has dumped, to be absorbed and recirculated in the body. Samala,
