stomach or another ante-acid.

I use Apple cider vinegar for an anti acid when it is need and it is so much better than the other things I have used in the past, not to mention better for your body. It is listed as one of the alkaline foods in the alkaline vs. acid list that was sent out. Remember everyone that people are really having good luck with beating and preventing cancer with an alkaline based diet.

I do not get into any of the conversations to often but on the apple cinder vinegar it also lowers your cholesterol level too. It is good for many other things also.
