Guest guest
Dearest Suzanne, As a massage practitioner myself, I can tell you she wants to make sure nothing contraindicates massage. She doesn't want to hurt you and wants to make sure you are safe. Massage manipulates fluids, muscles, ligaments, tendons, etc. She would hate to do anything that could cause you harm. Now from a patient's standpoint - MASSAGE IS WONDERFUL as long as the practitioner knows what they are doing! I would be wary of someone who wanted to massage me without looking into what I have further - I would feel they are out to help themselves and not me! Go to your primary care physician and ask for a massage release. They should have no trouble supplying it for you. May your days be filled with what matters most in life ... Love, kindness, compassion, understanding, respect, and relief! In the spirit of paying it forward ~ Love, Nic > > I recently spoke with a massage therapist regarding a massage.
