Guest guest
Hi , I'm new to this group too. I have 2 grown children. 22 and 26. I'm 52 [for another 16 days anyway] I've fought degenerative disc and joint disease for the last 27 yrs. and just recently found the Dr. has added FMS to my long list of 'diseases' after seeing a rheumatoidologist. I've had partial paraylsis on my right side due to nerve damage to my spine but the FMS has broken thru the last barrier I had to claim my leg too. I've learned so much about FMS since joining this group and I hope you will too. Purrs, k In Fibromyalgia_Support_Group , BluFive@w... wrote: > Just wanted to sy a quick Hi. Guest guest
Hi, This is my first post as a recent new member. My husband is AS, diagnosed recently, I'm not but am an intravert and so share a small taste of some of his areas of difficulty. As well as having a dx of AS, he also has a dx of generalised anxiety disorder and dysthemia, which is not an unusual combination I guess. What I would be interested to know is how have others with a diagnosis got past or learned to regulate their anger. It seems a big problem for him though he keeps it to himself and so of course that makes the depression a lot worse. Many thanks Lesley
