in many disorders and is found in millions of people who can not

figure out what is wrong with them. Symptoms appear to be very

diverse and vary from individual to individual.  This is one of the

reasons that yeast is difficult to diagnose. It also makes it

difficult for doctors to understand the symptoms that we all deal

with on a daily basis.

There are millions of people suffering silently right beside us.

Using lots of candida ridding supplements, like Acidophilus, essential fatty

acids(black currant seed oil), Caprylic Acid, Grapefruit Seed Extract, Kyolic

Garlic, Oil of Oregano, Yeast Defense, etc... No sugar, no fruit for a month or

2, no dairy, no yeast products, drink Distilled water only. Do a low carb type

diet. Avoid antibiotics if possible...buy organic meats to avoid antibiotics

and growth hormones.
