Guest guest
Hello all, I have been on LDN for 22 months now for MS and I am overall thrilled with the results. I used to relapse every 3 months without fail for 3 years straight and since LDN have only had 2 minor exacerbations. I recently had blood tests done which revealed a suppressed immune system to my surprise. I thought LDN regulated it? It could be due to all those steroids I previously had, but I would have thought my immune system would have bounced back by now with all those supplements I take and healthy diet. One more thing, what do you guys think about eating the right foods for your blood type? Some people swear by it but when I read the book 'eat right for your type', it tells me that my blood type O thrives on protein, so I should be having lots of lean red meat, chicken, fish etc. I just don't feel right about having heaps of meat when I have been eating it in moderation for health reasons. I was just wondering what people thought of this before I change my whole eating plan. Thanks, Effie
