Re: Tinnitus and pain caused bydruginteraction?

Dear Bill,You said:<<Hi , thanks for responding so quickly to my post.Regarding bloodtests, does the fact that she is no longer taking Anafranil affect this andwhat are these tests likely to reveal?>> ** They would reveal damage to the blood cells. That she is not takingthe drug is irrelevant now.You said:<< It will be a daunting task taking her doctor on so I would like to be asinformed as possible. As regarding Homeopathy,I attended a clinic as a lastresort about a year ago and was prescribed something called "ChinaSulph":which was taken in three separate doses but did nothing to help me.Do you know of any success stories relating to Homeopathy in this field?>> ** I use homeopathy quite successfully in many cases. Have you everbeen prescribed an antibiotic that doesn't work and you need to go back foranother? Homeopathy is no different. Sometimes it's right on the mark, other times you need to follow up. A number of people here successfully use homeopathy to control the anxietyand panic that accompanies withdrawal (and other remedies for otherproblems). You said:<<Dont get me wrong here.I am very interested in alternative therapies as asafe option to conventional drugs. She has never taken Benedryl, incidentallythanks again and best wishes >> ** She may want to try Benedryl to see if the pain lessens. If itdoes, this would indicate that she could use some natural substances thathave anticholinergic activity. There is not going to be any one thing that will fix her. It is roadof a number of things that address each change (or lack of change) thatoccurs. It is important to report all changes, or lack of changes to theperson who is working with her should she decide to do this. Conventional medicine doesn't address this at all. Those who recognizethe problems are quick to turn their backs and ignore them because they knowof no drug specifically for this. Instead, people are left to suffer andthe few who can't ignore the problems are left to piece together the puzzle. The good news is we are better at it than we were 4 years ago and will getbetter at it as time goes on. Is it possible for your sister to join the group?Regards,

** Here in the U.S. Benedryl is sold in all stores without a

prescription. The reason I mentioned Benedryl first is because one dose

will tell us whether or not she would have a response to an anticholinergic.

Trying this first will be the least expensive way to go.

I hope we get to meet Lottie. Getting more info from her will go a long

way in creating a full enough picture to understand what may be appropriate

for her healing.

Take care, Bill.

Regards,
